#WalkTheBridge - 2/19/2023

Rockwall/Rowlett, Texas

Great turnout for #WTB today on Heroes Memorial Bridge. Picture doesn't include those who had left before the Picture or the 20/25 from YMSL who were still on the Bridge. Almost 100 Walkers total! YMSL arrived a bit late but wanted to do the full walk! Way to Make A Difference!! The efforts of all the participants, across the Metroplex, the Country, and the world, is crucial to The Mission of Raising Awareness about the Mental Health Wellness of our Veterans and First Responders!! TY!

We #WalkTheBridge to raise awareness of all the mental health issues plaguing our Nation's First Responders and Military as well as the civilians. IT IS OK, TO NOT BE OK...ITS NOT OK TO SUFFER IN SILENCE.

If you are having high anxiety, depression, PTS or thoughts of self-harm, reach out to someone safe or dial 988 to speak to a trained individual. Life can be hard and you feel like it is kicking the crap out of you, remember that YOU are not alone or a burden.

ALWAYS BE KIND TO OTHERS, BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW THE BATTLES THEY ARE FIGHTING.
